Basic Synth
![[Image: 6aoX6U3.png]](https://i.imgur.com/6aoX6U3.png)
Basic Synth is a morphing controls synthesizer.
It tries to simplify GUI controls and make shaping a sound quick and easy. For example, just 3 joysticks can drastically morph the sound. The goal is to provide a solid little synth for everyday use.
It has 10 polyphony with an OSC that has 3 internal 'Modulator->OSC' pairs with detune, quantization and phasemodulation.
There is a per voice dual LFO that modulates the filter. The filter itself is a 'moog' type filter which internally dynamically scales its range for each note played, an envelope modulates this as well.
All this is put through a 'spacialiser' that helps place the sound in the mix. Finally, there is an 'opaque' mix through which 'waveform ducks' incoming audio, usefull for making a bass waveform not clip the audio signal.
Aside from that, it has extras like the 'Vintagizer', Colour scheme choice, Vibrato, and OSC key sync.

Digital Acoustic
![[Image: iKGpFbf.png]](https://i.imgur.com/iKGpFbf.png)
Digital Acoustic is a modeled acoustic nylon strings guitar.
It uses the Karplus-Strong principal to simulate an acoustic guitar.
Aftertouch and ModWheel add Vibrato.
It also has various Tone controls to shape the sound.

Digital Nylon
![[Image: bn6QZgW.png]](https://i.imgur.com/bn6QZgW.png)
Digital Nylon gives the impression of a nylon guitar sound.
An envelope delayed vibrato comes in if Aftertouch or ModWheel are used. You can change the Tone of the instrument.
It has an inbuilt delay. There is a Help button to label the controls. The sample rate you use affects the Tone of the instrument, I recommend 48000hz.
I also recommend playing with soft velocities in mind as a lot of the realism comes from the velocity dynamic, constantly playing velocities of 127 will cause the model to overload.
--------------------------------------------------
FLT-DLY
![[Image: 09iHx66.png]](https://i.imgur.com/09iHx66.png)
FLT-DLY is a filter and a delay combined into one.
But this is no ordinary filter. This filter is a Resonant Bandpass coupled with a 2-Pole Highpass and a 2-Pole Lowpass with the ability to mix between the two. Effectively, it gives you a Peak, Highpass and Lowpass Filter that can be blended between each other. The Delay also adds a slight modulated variation in the stereo field.
---------------------------------------------
LittleArpy
![[Image: ZNtsmNh.png]](https://i.imgur.com/ZNtsmNh.png)
LittleArpy is a monophonic arp/sequencer.
It takes one note as input and shifts it's pitch according to a sequence, it DOES NOT collect notes from a chord being played and arpeggiate them.
I made this after trying to recreate the "shimmering waterfalls" sound from Ozric Tentacles which can be heard easily on their song Crackerblocks. Unfortunately, it's difficult to achieve so I made LittleArpy instead.
The shimmering waterfalls sound can be approximated by making a minor or major sounding sequence and running it at fast speeds (1/64-Dot) through delay and a reverb with mostly only the wet signal on, then moving the Bandpass Filter around.
----------------------------------------------------
PHZ-FLNG-CHRS
![[Image: BJwY6Qd.png]](https://i.imgur.com/BJwY6Qd.png)
PHZ-FLNG-CHRS is 3 common modulation FX combined into one (Phaser->Flanger->Chorus).
The Phaser and Flanger both have the ability to be used statically (with a fixed pitch). The Chorus is special because it uses a special type of pitch shifting as opposed to modulating a delay line.
----------------------------------------------------
TED-Synth
![[Image: zpgtfLK.png]](https://i.imgur.com/zpgtfLK.png)
TED-Synth is an innovative synthesizer based on synchronised modulation.
Comes in 2 versions.
Synth has an Information button in the center of the VST that shows Control Labels.Synth is Dual Osc each with their own PhaseModulator Osc (4 total) (Stereo).
Basic is a Single Osc with a its own PhaseModulator Osc (2 total) (Mono).
Tooltips appear if you hover over a Control.
There is Vibrato set on ModWheel.
Envelopes, Portamento and LFO's are given in Musical Measure.
