VCV Rack is the engine powering VCV modules. Add modules, connect cables, edit parameters, and save/load patches. Create generative patches with your mouse, perform with your MIDI keyboard controller, or connect it to your favorite DAW using the Rack Bridge VST/AU plugin (coming soon). In Rack, control voltages and audio signals are equivalent, so you can modulate parameters with sonic-range VCOs to create customizable FM synths or chaotic wave-shaping oscillators. If you already own a modular synthesizer, you can enhance your setup with an audio interface supporting CV signals (see [1] [2]) or a CV-MIDI-CV interface module with Rack's CV Interface (coming soon).

Includes the Fundamental plugin pack with 8 high quality analog-modeling sound generators, processors, and utilities.

I think same. Looks great and love modular synths. And the background gui colour help me much. There are other great modular soft synths but their grey - obscure color difficult sometimes my orientation. Yours, with the colors contrast is perfect for understand all with one "coup dòeille". Un vistazo.... don't know the English expression....un golpe de ojo. One eye jump...¡¡BLANCO Y NEGRO!! perfecto

ich denke mal wir sollten dem Programierer mehr Zeit lassen, Rom wurde auch nicht an einem Tag gebaut.
Da ich im Moment einen neuen Rechner einrichte, bin ich nicht dazugekommen, das Teil zu testen, werde es abe die Tage tun....

I think we should leave the programmer more time, Rome was not built in a day.
Since I am creating a new computer at the moment, I have not been able to test the part, but will do it the days ....

Here are a few changes:

FYI ,be careful which version modules with version rack, i have heard of issues with it. Mainly from linux users

Fundamental is Rack’s starter pack of sound generators and processors for creating simple synthesizers, routing and analyzing signals, complementing other plugins, and building not-so-simple patches using brute force (lots of modules).

Win7 64 bit-VCV rack 0.5.2
Sometimes the software crash and cannot restart its functionalities. Open the window but return to crash.
I only can restart using windows system's "open with"
Then:
Find another old project-click on- open with- an installed software-
Find Rack.exe and open with it.
In five month (from Rack 0.4...) the VCV rack has crashed three times in my computer.
