Setup.exe does not work on WIN 7. This looks like a pretty simple VST. Preferred package would be a dll in a zip file.

Setup has work very good in Win 10 32 Bit + 64 Bit
Try to start the Setup in Administrator Mode

here is the dll, but I think not complette, because I missed the bank

The sound of the plugin is not particularly good. Had already experienced better bass synths

I agree, dll is much better than setup, because a user may be using more than one brand VST host and it be easier to copy to folder than auto setup whichdefaults can make it bad
