As Vst/Vsti Collector since the first time, there are thousands of VST/VSTi´s, but a big pool of Favorites,
my DAW couldn´t scan of course. So I have some folders in VST-Host as host in a host.
There are even VST´s I have in my collection, I lay my hands on from time to time to wonder, what for
interesting sounds they can produce. So I use my own soundbanks for the most of them or fiddle around
with some factory or originalbanks.
But for my main projects I have my all-time-favorites - as they are:
Instrumental/Soundtrack-artiges:
Arturia CS80v (m. selbsterstellter Vangelis Bank)
NI Kontakt 5 (mit Bibliotheken von Hollow Sun, Rhythmic Robot, SynthMagic, ForgottenKeys uva.)
Synth 1
SuperSonico 5/Arido 2 (Dev. Solstico Musica)
HGF VSTi´s (Altair4/AstralDreamer)
NekroBAT Vsti´s
NI FM7
Daedelus
Aura
Duallogic
Oatmeal
OxygenMini
Krakli VSTi´s
Speedsoft V-Sampler (Soundfonts/Wav)
ZynAddSub
und seit neuestem Starbell AVM SynthSeq8/Dark Night/Morph
uvm.
Für mein/unser (my/our) ElectroDuo "Dash" u.a.:
Arturia Spark (Vintage)
U-he LTM-Lab´s
XLN Addictive Drums
EVM VSTi´s
EFM VSTi´s
Full Bucket VSTi´s
Benedict-Roff Marsh VSTi´s
B.Serrano VSTi´s
Easytoolz VSTi´s
Kriminal VSTi´s
Samsara VSTi´s
WOK VSTi´s
PG8x
PPG Wave 2
Charlatan
Crio
Luceifer
Def-Ear/Imp-Rov
Nightflight
OBXD
Oxcytocin
XRSDO Patchwork
U-he Tyrell N6

A maverick genius - I really can't imagine the VST world without him.
But his website has been down for a couple of weeks - the domain has expired.
I know he often has some kind of a sale around this time of year to fund the webhosting.
And for all that he's contributed to the community, he never made much money out of it.
Surely he hasn't finally decided to 'call it a day'?
Anyone have any information?
(It's all still there on archive.org, of course - but it's hardly the same ... )

Beware!
There is a site at xoxos.net again, but it's not his - despite their attempts to make it look like it is!
Scandalous!
