here is a free version of Syntronik by IK Multimedia. There are two points to consider, though: 1. you need to register and 2. download is 1,1 GB(!).

But it seems interesting anyway, since they state the full version contains 38 different synths and more than 2.000 instrument presets

Most of IK freebies are big, but get bigger in time. They also have iPad version of the apps
