Whos the developer?

sorry, but I have this old gem since 8 years in my personal vst-collection....
There is no readme or another advice I can give you.....It´s lost and no more available on the net....
so please take it as it is....I don´t know, if the developer made more than this synth.....
But "Dream FM" is very good for SFX-sounds, if you fiddle around with..... :band
