Eine Soundbank für den Colorsynth (35 Patches) von Phillip Ruppel aka Philterplugs.
Der Colorsynth ist ein emulierter DIY-MiniModularsynth mit Patchcords, womit die wichtigsten Audiosignale
"verdrahtet" werden können. Leider ist er im Netz nicht mehr auffindbar...Link ist unten.
Die Soundbank besteht vorwiegend aus Soundpatches - angelehnt an die frühen 70er.
Pure Retro-Analogsounds aus der "Telstar" und "Popcorn"-Ära, die aber auch in einem fiktiven Horrorsoundtrack
der 50/60 Jahre Verwendung finden könnten.
Sounds, wie sie erste Presetsynthesizer der 70er erzeugten - mit wenig Ähnlichkeit zum Original, aber eben
elektronisch neu. In der richtigen Spielweise können diese Sounds - in Verbindung mit Mellotron-/Organ-/ oder
Keyboardklängen dieser Zeit - die typische Soundkulisse dieser Ära liefern - es sind definitiv keine Sounds für
EBM, Dance oder eher moderne Styles.....und in Verbindung mit externen Effekten scheinen sie sogar in einem
ganz anderen Licht.....:-)

little old Modular & DIY-synths or the the most cheesy sounds of the first Presetsynthesizers, but even raw or awful...
Use these patches in combination with Mellotronsounds, Organs or other keyboardsounds of that time -
for the right feel like songs of the "Telstar & Popcorn"-era and early progressive´s rockbands, as they use the first synths....
Or just think about a soundtrack of a horror b-movie of the 50/60ties...
If you use these sounds in combination with "typical" delays, spring-reverbs
or chorus fx-emulations of that time - they will shine in a new light....


Das Sounddemo wurde "trocken" – bis auf die Drums – ohne jegliche externen Effekte und nur mit Sounds
dieser Bank eingespielt.

I have made the sounddemo dry – except of the drums - again without the use of any external effects - only
with sounds of that bank.
